Course Goal / Objective
To describe the development of sports journalism in the World and in Turkey as a business profession, to define and teach traditional and modern principles of sports journalism in the context of printed, audiovisual and new media fields, students are aimed to gain competence in this field.
Course Content
Historical development of sports media and journalism, the development of sports media in Turkey, explaining the qualifications required by sports journalists today and gaining competence by practicing in this field.
