Course Goal / Objective
To increase labor productivity and to gain information about the underlying criteria to improve the quality of working life and gain the necessary knowledge and skills
Course Content
1) provide information about the importance of human resource management, 2) provide information about the planning of human resources, 3) to provide information about staff selection and appraisal, 4) provide information on in-service training, 5) provide information on performance appraisal, 6) provide information on motivation and techniques, 7) Giving information about the transfer of the acquired knowledge with practical application examples for Human Resource Management functions
