Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to gain the ability to read and understand the texts of the Old Anatolian Turkish period.

Status and development of Old Anatolian Turkish in history of Turkish language; an overview with regard to literature of Old Anatolian Turkish; features of script, orthography, phonetics and morphology of Old Anatolian Turkish; phonetical and morphological studies on Old Anatolian Turkish texts
