Course Goal / Objective

Basic Concepts of Civil Law students; Real People; Legal Persons of Civil Law on Associations and Foundations, which aims to provide basic information about the undergraduate level.It is intented to get knowledge that located in the Second Book of the Turkish Civil Code and get knowledge of the law governing family relationships around the family.

Course Content

Learn the basic concepts of civil law. Start of Personality and Termination; Rights and Legal Capacity; Rights and Protection of Personality; Name, Kinship and have knowledge about basic issues such as Settlement. General Principles for the Legal Persons, Associations and Foundations learn about.Learn how to setup the marriage, which will be subject to the provisions of the continued and will end about how to win. Whether in marriage, whether born from the merger of wedlock wishes, the mother of a person's father and other relatives, the relationship established by birth and learns provisions linked to this relationship. Learn how to handle the guardianship agency.
