Course Goal / Objective

In the Printmaking course; The aim of this course is to teach printmaking techniques in which the workshop conditions and technical equipment are appropriate, theoretically and practically.

Course Content

The chronological development, theories and concepts of original print are examined; This course covers knowledge and practical studies of mono printing, linol printing and wood printing techniques; to make creative and original works by using the technical possibilities of original printing; In addition to this, students are allowed to relate their work to different disciplines and to understand contemporary art practices.
