Course Goal / Objective

Definition and conceps, Examining the regulations within the scope of building energy performance, giving information about the current certificate programs and making a comparison and analyzing the issue, Learning of Energy simulation (Insight energy analysis (Revit plugin) and Equest) programs at basic level, geometric modeling and simulation

Course Content

Transferring information about energy optimization in buildings, Analysis of green building certificate programs, energy performance evaluation techniques and programs in the context of sustainable architecture, Development of student's building energy modeling skills.
