Course Goal / Objective
The essence of this lecture is the historical evaluation based on, how the capital accumulated in Turkey an how it is used .
Course Content
The aim of this course is to analyse the Turkish economy as a whole. The historical developments, changing economic and social structures and policy practices will be explained during the course. In this course macro analysis (production, distribution, exchange, consumption and growth) will be dominant. However, a structural approach will be implemented, also. For explaining structural change in Turkish economy, the development of labour and capital as the main indicator of production technology and changes in institutional and legal frameworks will be taught, also.
