Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to enable the students to acquire the competencies of joining steel-based pipes using oxy-acetylene and electric arc welding.

Course Content

Electric Arc Welding, With electric arc welding and staking, Electric arc welding pipe with preparation, Joining Steel pipes with Electric Arc Welding, Gas metal Arc ( MIG/MAG ) welding , Joining Steel pipes with Gas metal Arc ( MIG/MAG ) welding, Pressure Regulator Setting, Adjustment of Flame Performing, Oxy-acetylene welding with Cordless Sewing Withdrawal, Oxy-acetylene welding wire with withdrawal of the suture, Oxy-acetylene welding and staking with the work piece, Oxy-acetylene welding of steel pipes joining, Oxy-acetylene welding with a hot twist making, Gas metal Arc ( MIG/MAG ) welding, Joining Steel pipes with Gas metal Arc ( MIG/MAG ) welding, Gas-Shielded Tungsten (Tig)Electric Arc Welding,
