Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to teach the students the herbs that can be used in the treatment, their active ingredients, the distributions in the country and the skills that can make evaluation in this field.
Course Content
Plant cell and structure, plant materials, plant functions of plants materials, defense and communication plants, plant parts (drug), drug active substance groups (alkaloids, glycosides, phenolic substances, resins and oils), preparation of drugs, medicinal drug forms, dosage, medicinal herbs used in veterinary medicine, advantages and weaknesses of medicinal herbs
