Course Goal / Objective

At the end of this course, the student will be able to; Learns the notions and facts about the physical fitness, Learns how to use the methods about the properties of physical fitness and specific information on physical fitness. Learns the physical activities and sportive activities regarding notions about physical fitness.

Course Content

Notions about the necessity of the physical fitness and sport. Methods on improving the warming up, cooling down, flexibility and improving flexibility. Strength, sport implements, exercises and methods. Exercises on endurance.
