Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, the student will learn the concept of commercial law and basic information, basic knowledge about business corporations and ordinary partnership, concept of negotiable instruments and component and concept of insurance and its types.
Course Content
The concept of commercial law, commercial enterprises, merchant, trade name, business name, brand, trade register, negotiable documents and insurance law issues
