Course Goal / Objective
With this course, the student explains the concept of communication, knows how the communication process works, learns ways to overcome communication barriers, acquires verbal, non-verbal, written, formal, non-formal and effective communication skills between the internal and external.
Course Content
In this course; communication concept and its importance, communication characteristics, communication functions, communication process and its elements, classification of communication, oral communication, speech, effective speech method and listening, written communication, nonverbal communication, organizational communication, communication barriers, communication barriers and communication subjects about communication outside.
