Course Goal / Objective

To learn dimensionless numbers used in the solution of heat transfer problems. The basic principles of heat transfer in fluid flow. Making and applying heat transfer methods in heat exchanger.

Course Content

Dimensionless numbers, Laminar and turbulent flow heat transfer in channels, Convection heat transfer in the flow around bodies, Free convection heat transfer around other bodies and vertical channels, Classification and calculation of heat exchangers
