Course Goal / Objective
Help the students to understand fundamental rights and rights are protected according to Europeand Conventions of Human Rights.
Course Content
In this course, these subjects will be taught : definiton of human rights,right to life,right to due process,human rights issues and constitutions,children,women and patient rights in terms of this convention,European Convention of Human Rights, European Court of Human Rights, Turkey and European Convention of Human Rights, Liabilities of Turkey in terms of this convention etc.
