Course Goal / Objective
To introduce the mediation institution that started to be implemented in our country since 2013, to acquire necessary competence in case of having to take part in the process
Course Content
Who is the mediator, Principles of mediation, Powers and responsibilities of mediation, Mediation process, Mediation agreement and legal consequences.
