Course Goal / Objective

Basic principles of fruit, vegetable ornamental plants and viticulture cultivation, production techniques, post-discipline physiology, fruit and vegetable gardens and cultural and technical processes applied in vineyards

Course Content

Basic principles and concepts of cultivation of the plant (fruit, vegetable, ornamental plants and vineyard), production techniques, applied cultural and technical processes and importance in nutrition and human health
