Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to convey the studies on parenting, the roles of environment and culture, and the effects of parenting on children's development.

Course Content

Within the scope of this course, studies conducted in Turkey and other countries, the roles of socioeconomic status and culture on parenting, the effects of parenting on children's cognitive, moral, social-emotional development and attachment are included.
