Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to train nurses who are aware of the basic concepts, theories and principles of administration and management of nursing services; improve the efficiency and quality of nursing services and offer the best nursing services of the day; gain the required knowledge, skills and attitudes to be an administrator.

Course Content

In this course, management concepts and theories, management process (data collection, planning, organizing, directing and controlling), administration in nursing services, nursing organizational chart creation, making nursing job analysis and job descriptions of nursing preparation, nurse manpower planning, making the organization of patient care, monitoring the performance of nursing service/maintenance at service, performance evaluation of nurses will be discussed.
