Course Goal / Objective
Work performed in relation rule of law, worker- employer rights and to have knowledge about the responsibilities, recognizing the Social Security System , Employer-Employee behavior in relation to organized within the framework of the rule of law , work to life, the problems encountered in the rule is to know proper solution or solutions.
Course Content
The basic concepts of labor law, workers , employers , etc . , Bargaining Agreement , employer and employee obligations , working hours, termination of the contract .
