Course Goal / Objective

Introduction of mineral deposits formed by the effect of external events, Effects on mineral deposits in geological and chemical events, knowledge of alterations, Explanation of these mineral deposits, with examples from Turkey and the world

Course Content

Introduction to medical geolgy, Geological factors affect human health, Asbestos, zeolite issue and its effects on human health and environmental problems associated with arsenic, Silicosis, the environment and the effects on public health and stone mining operations, Natural carbon dioxide and problems, Problems with soil and clay eating habits, and iodine deficiency problems, problems with Flor, kidney Stones Anthropogenic factors the geography of disease
