Course Goal / Objective
Aim of this course to teach the metabolism of drugs, application to pharmacotherapy and importance of drug discovery.
Course Content
Drugs Metabolism (Phase 1 and 2), metabolic routes and enzymes, the principles of hard drug, soft drug, active metabolite and prodrug, the role of drug metabolism in drug development.
