The basic concepts related to management and managers, the qualifications and the abilities of contemporary managers, Classical management theory, Neo-classical management theory, Modern management theory, Environmental adaptation approaches, Time management, Planning function, Organization function, Directing function, Coordination function, Control function, Management education function, New management techniques.
