Course Goal / Objective

To provide information about the reservations of tourism enterprises. It is aimed to provide the competence to use modern hotel automation systems.

Course Content

Booking Concept, Catalog Reading, Reservation Procedures, Solving the Problems of Guests about Reservation, Relationship with Other Units, Basic concepts related to ticketing and Automation system related to reservation
