Course Goal / Objective
In this lesson applied in the tourism sector legislation, national and international tourism organizations, document retrieval according to the type of tourism, agent-hotel-case studies in customer relations explained, is intended to obtain information about the legal regulations of students tourism.
Course Content
Legislation applicable in the tourism sector, according to the document purchases tourism types, case in agent-hotel-customer relations, national and international tourism organizations, national and consumer rights is international, tourism incentives are examined.
