Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the factors which have effect on the skin of the horticultural products, post-hectare physiology and conservation.

Course Content

1) Knows the basic concepts of conservation. 2) Know metabolic events after growth, maturation, cultivation and after storage. 3) Know different storage systems and equipments.
