Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to introduce contemporary career planning methods that are compatible with real life problems in the rapidly changing economic, social, cultural, ethical and legal conditions of working life and to give students the ability to adapt them to their own lives.

Course Content

Career Planning is a problem-solving and decision-making process that aims to establish the most appropriate relationship between the values and needs of employees and their work experience and opportunities.Ethics is the practice of acting right, being the right person, and thinking about values.
