Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is; To investigate the forensic aspect of poisoning, the dose-response relationship of the chemical substance exposed, the negative effects of the substances on living things, the methods of detection in postmortem toxicology, the determination of xenobitotics that can cause poisoning, and the determination of the amount of drugs and drugs.

Course Content

Forensic toxicology and its importance are examined. It includes laboratory practices and sample preparation techniques in material acquisition. Analysis and methods in forensic toxicology, treatment in forensic toxicology and addictive drugs and their properties are comprehensively discussed.
