Course Goal / Objective

The objective of the course is providing students use of knowledge and skills about coping in professional life.

Course Content

This course includes students gaining knowledge about stres and coping, recognizing, evaluating and interpreting his/her own coping reactions via this knowledge, replacing ineffective coping strategies with effective ones and helping people they provide service for in the direction of the skill they gained.
