Course Goal / Objective

It is to contribute to the student's safety by recognizing professional mistakes and ensuring patient and employee safety in the process of education and working life.

Malpractice, Conceptual Framework, Malpractice Specific Definitions, Patient Rights, Health Worker Rights, Patient Safety, Health Worker Safety, Defects and Liability, Legal Responsibilities of Healthcare Professionals, Incident Reporting Malpractice-Complication Distinction, Medical Malpractice and Risk Management, Malpractice Situations Frequently Encountered by Nurses Professional Liability Insurance, Case Studies and Analysis
