Course Goal / Objective
To discuss basic concepts of linguistics and semiotics, examine the types of signs and symbols and making analysis in different fields such as television and cinema through practice
Course Content
The process of creating meaning through semiotic analysis will be examined. Codes, myths and stories, especially the examples of television and film will be analyzed.
