Course Goal / Objective
The main aim of the course is to give basic information about management and organization in the fire department. Throughout the semester, case studies will be used to develop the ability of the student to diagnose and analyze the problems related to the subject, a project will be given about the topics, the course will be conducted in an environment where mutual exchange of ideas occurs and students will be expected to participate in the discussions during the lesson.
Course Content
Basic principles of management, review of processes and techniques in fire brigade, management process, management functions, implementation of change engineering in the organization and ensuring sustainable crisis management.
