Course Goal / Objective

To be able to write mathematical text using computers

Course Content

Introduction to the LaTeX system. Components of a LaTeX system Creating a LaTeX file. Running a LaTeX file. Writing simple text. Creating listes and tables. Writing mathematical formulas. Adding pictures and graphics . Defining commands. Creating Table of Contents and index.
