Course Goal / Objective

The course draws the history of television news and field production and delves into the ethical frameworks of media and news production. The course teaches students how to properly write a news piece, how to prepare pre-production documents, how to film and edit it into a news documentary. With the production that includes investigative journalism and documentary film practice, they are provided with experience in TV journalism and actual TV programming, which are the main objectives of the course.

Course Content

History of TV journalism and field production, ethics in TV productions, pre-production, production and post-production processes, internet Broadcasting.
