Course Goal / Objective
To define the concepts related to communication, to gain the ability to communicate correctly in the working life with the help of verbal and non-verbal communication techniques and to speak in front of the community
Course Content
Communication concept and communication process, verbal communication, nonverbal communication, interpersonal communication, group communication and organizational communication, mass communication, online communication, international and intercultural communication
