Course Goal / Objective
To give information about occupational health and safety law numbered 6331; to provide basic information about duties, authorities and responsibilities for ensuring occupational health and safety; to learn basic information about the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee at the workplace ;to teach the current regulations and to improve the ability to follow current legislation
Course Content
Basic concepts in the legislation, occupational safety specialist, occupational physician and other health personnel, basic risks in the legislation, groups requiring special policy, regulations
