Course Goal / Objective

This course provides students with a commercial-type coolers structure, functioning, industrial applications, the design aimed to gain competencies that are required to make periodic maintenance.

Compressors, Condensers and Cooling towers, Evaporators, Drain valves (Expansion valves), Commercial refrigeration equipment, Cold storage, Fast freezing techniques
