Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the students the procedures and principles in the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and related legislation; to improve the occupational health and safety culture. Also, it is aimed to provide students with basic information about the rights and obligations of the employer and employee in the workplace, especially in the field of radio, television and cinema. Another aim is to enable the student to follow and interpret legal legislation on occupational health and safety.
Course Content
The course includes general, health and technical issues among the training that should be given to employees to ensure occupational health and safety. General issues include Turkey and OHS culture in the world, the basic concepts and principles related legislation; health issues include work and workplace hygiene, occupational protection measures, epidemic protection measures; technical issues include teams working in studios and sets in the field of radio, television and cinema, measures to be taken in terms of worker health and safety in studios and sets, and rules to be followed.
