Course Goal / Objective

The content of the course includes the basic concepts of industrial and organizational psychology, performance analysis, personnel selection and training, performance assessment and development, work motivation, job commitment, job termination, anxiety and stress, organizational communication, leadership and teamwork.

Course Content

The aim of this course is to provide the students with the knowledge and skills of Industrial and Organizational Psychology which is a discipline that examines human behaviors in work life
