Course Goal / Objective

To teach the importance and application areas of environmentally friendly beneficial microorganisms that do not leave residue in plants and the environment in the fight against plant diseases

Course Content

Within the scope of this course, the presence of different species of endophytes, beneficial fungi, bacteria and yeasts living in the above and rhizosphere of plants, their diagnosis and diagnosis by classical and molecular methods will be explained. Production methods of useful fungi, bacteria and yeast under in vitro conditions will be explained. The application methods of these environmentally friendly beneficial organisms against biotic disease factors in vitro and greenhouse conditions will be explained in detail. Information will be given about how to evaluate the application results.
