Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach role of governments, market economy-public economy, public expenditures.

Course Content

Definition of Public Finace, Approaches of Public Finance, Role of Governments, Features of Public Economics and Market Economics, Efficiency, Government Interventions, Public Goods, , Externalities, Measurements of Public Sector, Public Expenditures, Classifications, Effects.
