Course Goal / Objective
To understand and interpret the basic concepts of human behavior in organizations, to analyze and develop recommendation about behavioral and managerial problems by analyzing the issue both individual, group and organizational level
Course Content
Individuals in organization, values, attitudes and job satisfaction, motivation, groups, communication, leadership, conflict, organizational culture, organizational change, stres management; Applications of organizational behavior in organizations of work and research.
