Course Goal / Objective

To introduce the field of graphic design and production methods in its historical development; to teach the basic concepts of graphic design; To gain the ability to use computer programs used in the field of graphic design.

Course Content

This course includes: The study of 'design' in general and 'graphic design' in particular within its historical development; to understand today's graphic design field and production styles; to form an idea of the future of the field; introducing the basic concepts of graphic design; teaching of computer programs (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) used in the field of graphic design.
