Course Goal / Objective

This course has threefold aims: First to introduce the students with the concepts strategic management process. Second, help students develop a strategic perspective. Third, introduce strategy formulation and implementation techniques.

Company mission and social resposibility, Companys external environment, Global environment and strategic considerations for multinationals, Internal analysis, Formulation of long term objectives and grand startegies, Strategic analysis and choice: Building shareholder value, Starategy implementation: Short term objectives and functional tactics, Strategic control and continious improvement
