Course Goal / Objective
Teaching and practicing basic gymnastics skills both individually and in groups, and teaching how to use basic gymnastic equipment.
Course Content
Some general information about gym hall and gymnastics equipment which will be used in the class, a general view on gymnastics, formation exercises, Basic postures in gymnastics, Group exercise in Basic postures and formation exercises, Warming up and stretching, Gymnastic box, gymnastics clubs, Climbing rope and ladder rope, Trampoline, weight ball, skipping, Gymnastics stick
