Course Goal / Objective

Establishing some basic skills in order to carry out some technical studies related to dance and rhythm and teaching these skills to the students.

Course Content

Carrying out studies concerning basic rhythm and dance and their adaptations to the movement. Students are taught basic floor excersises, basic dance steps with note variations, basic leap, jump balance and pivot samples, ronde studies, Turkish dance samples. They also do Choreographic studies and Dictate studies.
