Course Goal / Objective

Football as a theoretical explanation of the techniques with and without ball, stepping - practical teaching. Competition under the terms of the acquisition of experience

Course Content

Football game rules, football, warming, with and without ball techniques, kicking techniques, ball control techniques, ball deception techniques, marking, goalkeeping techniques, throw techniques
