Course Goal / Objective
Teach the dental students about the medical assessment of the patients who will undergo dental treatment, fundamental principles of wound healing in oral cavity, oral surgical instruments; indications, contraindications, surgical techniques, and complications of tooth extraction and impacted tooth operation.
Course Content
Medical assessment of dental patients, principles of wound healing in oral cavity, terminology of asepsis and antisepsis, oral surgical instruments, tooth extraction and impacted tooth surgery
