Course Goal / Objective

The purposes of the course are to plan an appropriate research design to investigate the research question, Apply ethical principles of research to shape or modify the research proposal

Course Content

The characteristic of a dental clinic, patient acceptance protocol of dental clinic, arrangement of patient appointments and patients records, emergency and priority situations in dental clinics, patient safety, healthcare professional safety, informed consent protocol , providing dental equipment and materials in clinic, success in patient-dentist relationship, the financial management of dental clinic. being an employer in a dental clinic, difficult patient management.
