Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to gain information on the management-related concepts and functions of management as well as organization structures.
Course Content
This course includes all theoretical knowledge about business management, business and business types, planning, organization, execution, control; It includes topics such as public relations, organizational structure types, authority and responsibility, manager and their characteristics.

The course has no prerequisites.
