Course Goal / Objective
Aim of this course is to teach history of local governments with its structure in Turkey and to discuss its problems.
Course Content
In this course, the concept of Local Administration, its definition and nature, the concepts of central administration and local administration, the reasons for the existence of local administrations, the regulation of relations between administrations, the distribution of income between the central administration and the local administration, Local Administrations in Turkey, Special Provincial Administrations, Municipalities, Iller Bank and Local Administrations. Administrations, Restructuring in Local Administrations are examined.
